Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to subscriptions to AgentCE Tracker, operated by AgentEd Tracker ("we", "us").

30-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your AgentCE Tracker subscription, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your original purchase date.

Free trial

Paid subscriptions begin after a 7-day free trial. You are not charged during the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, no payment is taken and no refund is needed.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and merchant of record, Paddle. To request a refund, either:

• Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
• Email us at support@agentcetracker.com with your order details and we will help you.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. It can take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time to stop future renewals. Cancelling on its own does not automatically issue a refund for the current billing period — if you want a refund within the 30-day window, please request one as described above.
